LIMITED TWO YEAR WARRANTY
Player Series and/or Gold Series Williams Sports golf equipment, components, and other products represent excellent engineering, quality and workmanship. They are designed to provide the user with outstanding performance and durability. The "life" of the golf equipment will vary according to the playing habits of the individual user. Williams Sports warrants its products to be free from any defect in workmanship or materials arising from normal play for a period of two (2) years from date of purchase by the consumer on all Player and Gold Series lines of products.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY*
Black Series Williams Sports offers an extended warranty on its Black Series line of products. If a product is returned to an authorized Williams Sports retailer with proper proof of purchase and is found to be defective, Williams Sports will, solely at its discretion, provide repair or replacement for the product. At its option, Williams Sports may replace the product with a new or refurbished product. Any product which shows signs of abuse or alteration by anyone will invalidate this warranty.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not apply to product damage caused by:

1. Abuse -- accidental or intentional (i.e. club slipping out of hand during play, hitting surfaces other than its intended purpose, etc.)
2. Negligence -- failure to take proper care (i.e. not cleaning the equipment properly causing blemishes on the product)
3. Unauthorized repairs (i.e. shaving shaft or grip repaired or replaced without authorization from Williams Sports)

In the event of normal wear and tear (i.e. paint scratches, cosmetic blemishes, etc.) Williams Sports will fix such blemishes and/or scratches for an arranged fee upon the receipt of payment by the consumer. Limitations The liability of Williams Sports under any implied warranty shall be limited to the two (2) year period immediately following the purchase of the product and the liability of Williams Sports under this warranty shall be limited exclusively to the repair or replacement of a defective product as provided herein. Williams Sports shall in no event be liable for any incidental or consequential damage which may arise from the use of this product or damage resulting from shipping. Any warranted product should be returned to the original place of purchase to have the retailer return it to us for review. Outside of the United States, all warranty service must be obtained from the distributor or subsidiary in the country in which the club was purchased. Disclaimer This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. Williams Sports disclaims all warranties for products that are purchased from sellers other than authorized retailers or distributors, including the warranty of merchantability or the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Williams Sports also disclaims any implied warranty, including the warranty of merchantability or the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and assumes no responsibility for any special, incidental, or consequential damages as to all products and components. Williams Sports further disclaims any implied or express warranty of, and assumes no responsibility for, defects in workmanship caused by third parties. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights; a consumer may have other rights depending upon where he or she lives. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long a warranty lasts, so the above exclusion and limitations may not apply to everyone. Outside of the United States, local taxes, tariffs or shipping charges may apply.

* Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to Black Series products only. The Limited Lifetime is restricted to the first five (5) years of ownership by the original purchaser of the products. This warranty is non-transferable to any secondary buyer and proof of purchase must be present to the retailer in which the products were originally purchased.
